Return & Shipping Policy
At Decor by Keisha Sharay, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you wish to
initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided below. Should you have

Final Sale
- Items categorized as Final Sale, Clearance, or Sale, as well as those that have been
opened, worn, or used, is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or merchandise credit.
Currently, Decor by Keisha Sharay offers merchandise credit exclusively for approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
All sales for candles are final, as these items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their inherent nature. Hosiery and accessories are also non-returnable. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, undergarments, jewelry, or any items marked as “final sale.”
If you receive a defective or damaged item during shipping, please email a photograph of the item, along with your order number and a description of the damage, to info@decorbykeishasharay.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or merchandise credit, subject to approval.
Returns Conditions:
To successfully process a return, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
- Include your order number and email address with the return package.
- Items must be in their original condition, including undamaged packaging. They should be unworn, unaltered, and free from stains and odors.
Returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date to qualify for
merchandise credit.
Ineligible Items for return policy:
Please note that merchandise credit will not be issued for ineligible returns without approval.
Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping, except in cases where the item was damaged during transit. In such instances, we will issue a replacement upon receiving and approving photographs of the damaged item.
Order Cancellation:
Attention: Once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled. Therefore, please ensure that you thoroughly review your order before processing your payment.
Processing Orders:
You will receive an email notification upon receipt of your order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. A confirmation email will be dispatched once the process is complete.

Shipping Information
At Decor by Keisha Sharay, our standard order processing time is between 3 to 5 business days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.
To track your order, please utilize the tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Visit USPS.com and enter your tracking number for updates on your package. Standard shipping generally takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on order volume.

To file a claim with the United States Postal Service, please follow these steps:
